Fifteen years in one town means the people who review us are the people we pass on the Oxford Road. That is either a very good reason to do the job properly, or a very good reason to move. We chose the first one.

How we collect these
The day after Dee texts every customer a link once the job is signed off. No chasing, no incentives, no free-tea-towel-for-five-stars.
The bad ones stay up We have had two-star reviews and left them where they were. Mark replies to those himself, usually the same evening.
Job type on every card A five-star tap washer is not a five-star bathroom. Each card says what the work actually was, so you can weigh it.

“Woke up to water dripping through the kitchen ceiling. Called at 7:20am and Mark was on the doorstep by 8:30, found the joint that had failed and had it fixed before lunch. Explained everything without making me feel daft. Genuinely a relief.”

“They re-did our main bathroom and en-suite over nine days. Same two lads every day, dust sheets everywhere, and they hoovered up before leaving each evening. The fixed quote didn’t move an inch. Delighted with it.”

“No hot water in a first-floor flat. Diagnosed a dead immersion heater, had the part on the van, swapped it and tested it within the visit. Fair price and no drama. Recommend.”
